Where are you located?

We are based on the Mornington Peninsula in Victoria.

How do I get started working with your service?

You, a family member or your Support Coordinator can contact us to discuss your goals and the help that you require. Please contact us to discuss your needs and we can let you know about our capacity to offer supports or waiting periods that may be applicable. If you know what help you need you can complete a referral form located on our website. Visit our Referrals page.

Do you provide services to businesses as well as individuals?

Yes we do. We provide our Occupational Therapy services to private clients. We also provide services for larger organisations, such as insurers, care agencies, employers, legal practitioners and other health organisations.

What types of client’s do you see?

As an approved iCare Case Manager, we provide case management services to iCare participants of all ages.

OT services are offered to all ages with a range of conditions. We specialize in working with clients who have experienced complex trauma and neurological conditions such as spinal cord injuries and traumatic brain injuries.

What hours do you operate?

Appointments are available Monday to Friday, 9am-3pm.

What are your fees?

Vicwide Health Network offers a wide range of services. Once we have an understanding of the assistance you require, we can provide you with a cost estimate of our services.
